What It's Like to Work Together


Every unforgettable journey begins with a conversation.

First, you fill out the intake form giving me some basic details about the trip you would like to take.

We then setup a time to discuss your trip over Zoom and I ask you some questions based on the form you filled out. Then once we agree on the details I get to work on the itinerary for your trip.

Finally, we settle all the details of the itinerary, and we work out a payment and then you are off on your journey.

I use thoughtful research, carefully selected boutique accommodations, trusted travel partners, seamless logistics, and personalized recommendations tailored specifically to you.

My planning fee allows me to dedicate the time and expertise needed to create an experience that feels effortless from beginning to end.

Travel has always been more than reaching a destination for me. I love discovering the details that transform a trip into something truly memorable—a charming boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet street, a local café you'll still be talking about years later, or an itinerary that leaves room to simply enjoy the moment.


That's why I created Luxe Amour Escapes.


My role isn't simply to make reservations—it's to listen and understand what matters most to you.

Luxe Amour Escapes – Terms & Conditions



Welcome to Luxe Amour Escapes. By using our services, submitting an inquiry, or booking travel through us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 


1. Role of Luxe Amour Escapes

Luxe Amour Escapes acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to supplier availability and terms.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is received and confirmed.

  • Payment schedules are determined by suppliers and must be met to avoid cancellation.

  • Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy.

3. Fees & Professional Services

Luxe Amour Escapes may charge professional planning, consultation, or service fees.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Fees compensate for research, itinerary design, booking management, and ongoing support.

  • Fee structures will be disclosed prior to engagement.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and changes are governed by supplier policies.

  • Many suppliers impose penalties for changes or cancellations.

  • Some bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Luxe Amour Escapes has no control over supplier refund timelines.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Clients acknowledge that refunds, if issued, are subject to supplier approval.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Coverage should include, at minimum:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Baggage protection

  • Travel delays

Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Vaccinations

  • Identification

  • Entry/exit documents

Luxe Amour Escapes is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

7. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, and unforeseen events.

By booking through Luxe Amour Escapes, clients acknowledge:

  • They voluntarily assume these risks

  • They are responsible for their own health and safety

  • They agree to follow local laws and regulations

We are not liable for acts of terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or governmental actions.

8. Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are solely responsible for providing travel services.

Luxe Amour Escapes is not responsible for:

  • Schedule changes

  • Overbooking

  • Service interruptions

  • Supplier bankruptcy

  • Property conditions

  • Airline seating assignments

Any disputes must be resolved directly with the supplier.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information

  • Respond promptly to communications

  • Review documents carefully

  • Notify us immediately of any errors

  • Conduct themselves respectfully

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

10. Force Majeure

Luxe Amour Escapes is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Public health emergencies

  • Airline strikes

  • Border closures

No refunds are guaranteed under force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Amour Escapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the professional service fees paid by the client.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Amour Escapes from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their travel or conduct.

13. Privacy Policy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information except as required to complete travel arrangements.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and documents are the property of Luxe Amour Escapes and may not be reproduced without permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Luxe Amour Escapes is registered.

16. Modifications

Luxe Amour Escapes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, making a payment, or confirming a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Client Agreement Addendum


This Addendum applies to all clients who access itineraries, proposals, forms, or documents through Luxe Amour Escapes digital platforms.

By accessing or using any Luxe Amour Escapes digital itinerary, proposal, or planning portal, clients agree to the following:

A. Digital Access & Communication

  • Luxe Amour Escapes and related platforms are provided for convenience and organization.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all uploaded documents and updates.

  • Luxe Amour Escapes is not responsible for missed information due to unread notifications, spam filtering, or outdated contact details.

B. Electronic Acceptance

  • Viewing, approving, or confirming itineraries electronically constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  • Electronic signatures and confirmations are legally binding.

C. Document Accuracy

  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, clients are responsible for final verification of:

    • Travel dates

    • Names

    • Passport details

    • Special requests

Errors must be reported immediately.

D. Platform Limitations

Luxe Amour Escapes is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or platform interruptions affecting Travefy or third-party systems.
